tennessee, was driving the truck that crossed a grassy median and slammed into amber lucciani s car killing her. her children ages 3 and 5 were in the back seat unhurt. ms. lucciana has been a frederick county public schoolteacher for eight years and students at aylor middle school say everyone loved her. she was the most energetic person in the hallways every day and she just liked every 1 and wanted to know everyone. the frederick county school district released a statement today that reads, miss lucciana was a devoted teacher who had a passion for working with students and helping them succeed. she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. investigators say wiley told them she felt sick and pulled over and the next thing she remembers is what she described as the smell of gunpowder and felt the air bag in her face. police have charged her with reckless driving, but they re waiting for a toxicology report from the state lab in manassas and say most charges are pendi
