Clay County Sheriff's officials report that Phillip Blaine Henson is in the custody of Clay County as of now. Jail officials say he arrived at 11:05 last night. On January 23, Henson was taken into custody in Jacksonville, Florida for failing to appear in court twice as well as allegedly removed his GPS monitor without permission. In Clay County, Henson faces charges currently of unlawful distribution of meth and drug induced homicide. Court officials will set a time to give him an appearance before the judge.
