BUTUAN CITY Two suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation at a bus terminal here on Wednesday afternoon.
Dindo Abellanosa, information officer of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Caraga (PDEA-13), told the Philippine News Agency on Thursday that authorities seized from the suspects 10 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing around 50 grams during the operation at the Langihan Bus Terminal in Barangay Holy Redeemer here at around 5 p.m. The confiscated illegal drugs have an estimated value of more than P340,000, Abellanosa said.
He identified the arrested suspects as Dhariy Ybañez, 31, and Shiela Grace Saramosing, 30. The suspects are live-in partners and residents of Barangay Banza, this city.
