PVL starts preparing for first pro season

Speaking at the online Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum on Tuesday, PVL President Ricky Palou shared that their group has gotten the ball rolling in terms of preparation for the league’s first season as a professional association, targeted to begin with the Open Conference on May 8. The league will showcase a shored-up roster of 12 competing teams, namely, BaliPure Purest Water Defenders, Banko Perlas Spikers, Chery Tiggo Crossover, Choco Mucho Flying Titans, Cignal HD Spikers, Creamline Cool Smashers, F2 Logistics Cargo Movers, Petro Gazz Angels, Philippine Army Lady Troopers, PLDT Home Fibr Hitters, Sta. PVL announces training venues for teams

Published March 14, 2021, 2:51 PM The Premier Volleyball League announced the training venues for nine of the 12 teams competing for the upcoming Open Conference on May 8. As approved by the Games and Amusements Board (GAB) and local government units concerned, the BaliPure Purest Water Defenders and the UAC Power Hitters will be training at the Greenhills West Gym in San Juan City. The BanKo Perlas Spikers, Choco Mucho Flying Titans and the Creamline Cool Smashers will be training at the Ronac Gym in Mandaluyong City, while the Cignal HD Spikers will prepare at the Paco Arena in Manila. The Petro Gazz Angels will train at The Arena in San Juan City; the Philippine Army Lady Troopers at the Army Gym in Taguig City, and the PLDT Home Fibr Hitters at the San Sebastian College-Recoletos gym in Manila.
