The Sandiganbayan has upheld the conviction of former Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. chairman Efraim Genuino for graft in connection with the anomalous disbursement of P37 million intended for the training of swimmers competing in the 2012 London Olympics.
Former Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. chairman Efraim Genuino and two other former officials have been sentenced to a maximum prison term of 10 years after the Sandiganbayan found them guilty of anomalous fund disbursements totaling P37 million.
