Excitement is building at pace for the Falcon s Flight, set to become the world’s longest, fastest and tallest roller coaster - as the design process for the attraction is now underway.
The ride will be the main attraction at Six Flags Qiddiya in Saudia Arabia, a one-of-a-kind theme park that s due to open in 2023 inside a resort called Qiddiya.
The coaster will cover almost 2.5 miles (four kilometres) of track, hit a top speed of 155mph (250kph) and feature a vertical cliff dive manoeuvre into a 160m-deep (524ft) valley using magnetic motor acceleration .

Falconâs Flight is set to arrive at Six Flags in Saudi Arabia, and it will be the worldâs largest, fastest and tallest roller coaster.
Sometimes a roller coaster doesnât look that big until youâre on it, but this wonât be the case for Falconâs Flight. The roller coaster is set to have a track that spans 13,000ft (thatâs almost 4km or 2.5 miles) as well as a 655ft climb followed by a 525ft drop.

The gigantic rollercoaster will not open until 2023, but when it does it will break the existing height, speed and track-length records. Falconâs Flight will reach speeds of up to 156mph while it navigates the longest track in the world.
Qiddiya s golf course to be designed by Jack Nicklaus
RIYADH, February 2, 2021 Saudi-based Qiddiya Investment Company has announced that Jack Nicklaus, the globally renowned golf course designer and the greatest champion in the game’s history with a record 18 professional major championships to his name, will be designing his first ever golf course in Saudi Arabia. The championship golf course will come up at Qiddiya, the kingdom’s capital of entertainment, sports and arts. The planning of the course has been undertaken by Qiddiya in consultation with Golf Saudi. Confirming this, QIC said Jack and Nicklaus Design will be creating the championship course for a private golf and country club, set within an exclusive residential community in the heart of the Qiddiya development, just outside Riyadh, with ground expected to be broken later this year.
