bullish sign. if these bank stocks had been a little higher, we would ve seen a huge rally. if the market is bullish, what are you buying right now? what i am buying right now, i still think that tech is really good. i still think the nasdaq is underperforming where it really should be. so i would say, nasdaq stocks. primarily some of the stocks that had the lowest p/e ratio. those would be my best bet for right now. what do you think about the reform legislation the senators are talking about? can that change things with the trend of what s been happening and with the market is doing so well lately? it definitely could. it could be a major roadblock for the continued rally in equities. if we see a financial reform bill passed that s intensive regulation, you re going to see a lot of changes and a lot of increased overhead in a lot of financial firms. and that s going to cause a little bit of concern and uncertainty in the market. and we might see a correction from that. than
