Livehealthy Festival 2021 - Focus on ‘Your Immunity’
Livehealthy magazine (livehealthymag.com) holds its second Livehealthy Festival on Friday, January 22, 2021. This year’s edition of the Festival will focus on the theme of “Your Immunity,” and will be exclusively online because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Speakers include Dr. Ruediger Krech, a senior leader of the World Health Organization in Geneva; Dr. Nasr Al Jafari, who will speak on how the body builds immunity (sometimes, a few germs are not a bad thing); and nutritionist Dana Howells, who will explain the micro environment of your dinner table.
Among other speakers are Mustafa Adnan of Strike Fitness, Dr. Philip Fischer of the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and the Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, Abu Dhabi, and Dr. Raghib Ali of NYU Abu Dhabi, who is concurrently affiliated with Cambridge and Oxford Universities. They will discuss how even a little exercise can go a long way in building health resilience.
