But they come the lawmakers in the senate and the house arrive at very different places in conference. The republicans in the house ve approved a 622 million emergency aid package. Actually its not emergency its just supplemental offset which means they have spending cuts elsewhere to pay for the measure. On the senate side they have a 1. 1 million emergency package which means they are are no offsets. Thats a huge difference.
