New homes sought in Sacramento for nearly a million stamps © KCRA stamps
During the pandemic, Sacramento s Philatelic Society saw a renewed interest in the longtime hobby of stamp collecting. However, the collector s club is now seeking a new home to store nearly a million stamps. Every Wednesday for the past 20 years, we ve met in the Easter Seals building in the Arden area, said Joanne Murphy, chairwoman of the Sacramento Philatelic Society Board of Directors. First ever Circle level Online Philatelic Exhibition was held from 28th
January’21 to 31st January’21. The exhibition was organized by Chief Postmaster
General, NE Circle, Shillong in association with North East Philatelic Society
for the promotion of Philately. North East Philatelic Society was established
on 12th February, 2017. It is the first Philatelic Society among the North
Eastern States. North East Philatelic Society is dedicated to the cause of
philately and all its Executives are working on voluntary basis.
