PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia Parking Authority officer is suing ride share company Lyft, a separate vehicle provider and a Lyft driver, nearly two years after an altercation ensued where the driver allegedly sprayed the plaintiff in the face with mace.
Authorities say a man accused of shooting a Philadelphia Parking Authority Officer and a gas station employee in New York City has been taken into custody.
Police are exploring the possibility that a suspect wanted for shooting a Philadelphia Parking Authority Officer is connected to a shooting at a gas station in The Bronx days earlier.
