The collapsed stretch of I-95 is reopening sooner than expected, as Governor Josh Shapiro and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Secretary Mike Carroll will officially reopen the highway at noon Friday.

Days after Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro said temporary lanes on I-95 would reopen to traffic over the weekend, PennDOT now says they will reopen on.
