Those folks will be out until we get fire put out and then will be able to reoccupy fairly quickly. Reporter fire broke out at 1 50 and raged for three hours on the 2600 block of west west moreland street before all power was cut to the area at 4 55. Only then could fire officials begin to treat it with water. Over 25,000 people have been impacted by power outages, including portions of temple university, and its hospital. On the road these outages created a mess of commotion, and confusion. Right now number of outages is dropping as utility workers reroute power supplies. We have just learned that all power to st.
