today was like for everyone in your community. how are people doing? well, it s been a long trying day. it s been a long, trying 90 plus days now. this community is, they re just tired, and they re frustrated, and they want answers, and they haven t gotten any answers. the government has continued to fail them. it s astounding to me i went to see what the security measures were like. it was astounding to me to see that some of the schools hadn t been secured. it was astounding for me to see those schools that look like prisons. and yet, we still don t have a discussion on guns in texas because we have a governor who doesn t want to have that discussion. your constituents, those parents, they don t care if you are a republican or a democrat. you are in office, are you assuring them that their kids will be safe tomorrow?
