Michael is a professor another law at ohio northern university, former navy pilot, harvard law graduate, graduate of the naves top gun program. Michael has written extensively in the areas of the laws of war some the laws of war as applied to the current war on terrorism. Harvey chair the abas Ad Advisory Committee on National Security and a former professor at the national war canaling war college, and he was a Legal Counsel to the fbis Deputy Director and has had his hand in drafting this is my tenth never here and its ten inch anniversary and this book is a product of that ten years. Jim, the white house will have to file their own legal brief, then the House Democrats will respond to the white houses brief from saturday. So that is more legal back and forth as we head into the official start of the trial tomorrow. Here is a little bit about what you can expect. Tomorrow we expect the session to start at 1 00. Once again, youre going to see senators in their seats. This trial will begin and it will go six days a week, monday through saturday, with a break on sunday. You can also expect senators arent going to be able to have their electronics. They are not fog to going to beo talk to one another. This is a little bit of a wild west situation where we dont know how long is this trial goin
