KUALA LUMPUR, April 8 Malaysia will begin Phase Two of the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme from April 19 in 8 states. If you’re a senior citizen, an individual who has a chronic diseases or with a disability, the MySejahtera app have started notifying eligible recipients starting from April 5, 2021. KUALA LUMPUR: Covid-19 vaccination mobile units will be activated to vaccinate senior citizens and vulnerable groups who are too frail to go to a vaccination centre.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the group would have to register earlier before the Ministry of Health (MOH) could mobilise the unit for this purpose.
He said the District Health Centres (PKD) would be evaluating the groups to enable efforts to vaccinate them as scheduled under Phase Two of the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme.
