Biggest things that we need to do because we already you know, for instance, we are not going to as the superintendent said that we are not going to sit down and develop a whole different structure or process for Community Input like for everybody other community in the state is doing that, we do have to monitor how the structure we have already is being effective in that regard, do they have the right materials and are they talking about what is going to go into the el cap which we dont know, how could they so far. The commission and one of the problems is because we dont have any legislative ability with them because they are, you know, state level, i think that it would be great if we could come up with some kind of letter or conversation around two to send to people who are legislating them, because for the three years ive sat here, these party buses are the bane of our existence and cause fights and problems and, you know, there needs to be better regulation. And if we are able to help in aeu sissing that i think we should. The problem with that is that at the state level i mean, ive been working on this myself and ive gotten all the way up to senator hills attention and i think we just dont have i mean, we need more support. I mean, maybe a letter from this commission about how important it is. Obviously, you know, the drinking on the bus situation is an issue. Youre going to see multiple cultural senile and the inspectors will be reminding folks. Youll have officers talking to people hey can you get your eyes up and your phones down. That will help with this movement. We think we can get to zero crime on our muni railways by directing the engagement of our ridership and working with the officers and all the muni folks around us and working with the general public when they have an increased ridership during the holidays. This is my way of saying sfmta and the entire board and everyone on our camera team the drivers and inspects included and thanks to the officers behind me but all the officers working in every station day to day. I actually got the 100 percent yesterday and so we are at 100 percent design and so the Transportation Authority is going to administer this contract and they had other approached us to do the design work and asked us for the implementation for construction and the execution of that agreement with them, for construction services, and this is expected to be approved by the board and estimating this afternoon and we have worked out the memo Agreement Terms already and he execution that i am here about is depend og that agreement later on today. And the schedule is that we will complete in december and advertise if february with award in april and start the construction in may, and to complete by the end of 2014. We set the goal of 100 percent and we received 6 proposals on october first and al
