PHOENIXVILLE The Phoenixville Area High School is set to host Jazzin’ the Ville, a jazz band festival, on Friday, Feb. 16. Beginning at 5:30 p.m., eight high school jazz ensembles will perform, including Phoenixville’s Phantom Jazz Band. The event is sponsored by the Phoenixville Phantom Music Boosters, and student groups perform under the guidance of the Cavalcade of Bands organization.
