Taxi boss gunned down in Mpumalanga, SAPS launch manhunt
Police management in Mpumalanga have launched an investigation after a taxi boss was gunned down in the province by four armed suspects.
South African Police Services in Mpumalanga have launched an investigation into the killing of yet another member from the taxi fraternity, after a taxi boss was gunned down in the evening of Wednesday, 05 May 2021, in Kwaggafontein.
The 62-year-old was allegedly gunned down just a few meters away from his home while he was walking with his friend.
TAXI BOSS GUNNED DOWN
Mpumalanga police spokesperson Brigadier Leonard Hlathi said that reports indicate the man was walking in the street with his friend, few metres away from his house in a place called Tweefontein Extension (in Kwaggafontein).
