According to the draft curriculum and credit framework for PG programmes, released by the University Grants Commission (UGC) on Friday, for the PG programme, there shall only be one exit point for those who join a two-year PG programme. “Students who exit at the end of their first year shall be awarded a postgraduate diploma. The PG programme should include vocational courses relevant to the chosen discipline,” it said.
