The Lancaster County Community Vaccination Center is prepared to begin vaccinating 12- to 15-year-olds.Shots could begin as early as Thursday after a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention panel endorsed the use of Pfizer s vaccine for adolescents. As a 13-year-old, Peyton Finch will be the last in her family to get the COVID-19 vaccine. She says sheâs ready for her dose.
âI want to get the vaccine because Iâm really into things like arts and performing,â said Peyton. âI was just in orchestra class, and weâre not allowed to have live concerts and stuff, and I really want to do that stuff again.â
