TAFT, Texas Taft ISD has announced that a staff member at Woodroe Petty Elementary has tested positive for COVID-19.
According to the district the staff member was present on campus last Wednesday.
The district was notified on the staff member s results Saturday.
Students at Woodroe Petty Elementary will transition to remote learning starting Monday January 25 through January 29th.
Face to face instruction will resume on February 1st.
