Malaysia has yet to receive a formal notice on the reported issuance of new seizure orders on two units of Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) by Luxembourg court bailiffs, said de-facto law minister Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said. "Several publications are reporting today on a purported attachment of assets attempted in Luxembourg by the self-styled heirs of the Sultan of Sulu against Malaysia and also against Petronas, an independent corporation," Azalina said in a statement on Friday (Feb 17). "Malaysia has not received formal notice of these attachments.
