So ev uses maybe, electricity from coal, and maybe from nuclear or from solar and the consumer is not directly responsible for the emission source and in this case, the combuston of the fuel and the consumption is the largest problem and so the consumer running their engine is actually the source of the problem and so the consumer is actually responsible. Whereas, there were responsible in the sense that there are alternatives that exist and they could, i mean eliminate the problem. And so this is the proposed label, with San Francisco language approved City Attorney language. We think that it is a little wordy, and it could be truncated perhaps.
