An announcement from the Home School Legal Defense Association reveals that a family who fled Germany to get away from the government's persecution for homeschooling their children likely will get a one-year's delay on an order from Joe Biden's administration they be sent back to face persecution.
Dirk and Petra Wunderlich were reunited with their children Thursday after they were taken by their German government because the Wunderlichs homeschooled. The Wunderlichs had to agree to send their kids to public school before their kids were returned to them.
An evangelical Christian family from Germany that fled to the United States to be able to homeschool their children has filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court against a lower court's ruling that they do not qualify for a political asylum.
