Snow plows on the interstates and those primary roads like things are slow going this morning on interstate 81 in pulaski county. A tractor trailer accident near mile marker 92 has the northbound left and right live look at 81 in pulaski county. You can see snow covered roads. Traffic is backed up near mile 92 for about a mile. We start this morning in Roanoke County still waiting for new information on a wreck that sent four people to the hospital. Youre looking at the scene along route 220 and webb road wednesday night. Roanoke county officials tell wfxr news a car being chased by Virginia State police from Franklin County on fire. Police used a canine unit and helicopter to look for the driver of the car. Who took off after the crash. State police say the chase began after troopers tried to pull the car over for reckless driving. A strong upper low centered over the ohio valley will move easttonight into thursday. Weak upper shortwaves will move across themountains through tonight resulting in scattered snow showers andsnow flurries. A clipper system will cross our region on friday accumulations. M in division 6they are still working on 3 of those crashes. 13 are cleared. Vsps division six covers 14 counties across southwest virginia. Cold High Pressure moves east here now to update us on the Road Conditions is vdot a water main break in roanoke forced the closure of part hershberger road right now, between Williamson Road and woodbury street. Customers in the hershberger road area between hazleridge road and Williamson Road will experience Water Service disruption. Service is expected to be restored this morning and the road reopened as well. Well let you know when that happens. More people are joining a battle, hoping to save a historic site. Were continuing to follow the latest on that tractor trailer accident out of wythe county this morning. That accident still causing delays near milker marker 86. This is a live look from a vdot camera near that mile marker. Right now, the all northbound lanes remain closed at this time. Southbound lanes are back up and going. Traffic is backed up for around 2 miles and is being diverted off at exit 84 then back onto 81 north at exit 86. So give yourself a little time if your travels take you through that area. In henry county a woman who had been missing since wednesday afternoon is in the hospital after she was deputies tell wfxr news that 62yearold Bernice Proctor was found in a wooded area near her apartment at around 4this morning. She was transported to Memorial Hospital of martinsville and henry county for treatment. Medical personnel there are treating her f
