Eligible population, dont even meet the basic requirements to get into todays army. 99 of todays recruits have a High School Diploma or equivalent. An era where 79 of High School Students graduate. Thats 21 times lower rate of dropouts than the national average. Overall, todays recruits are healthier, more physically fit than the vast majority of peers and must adhere to zero tolerance policy on drugs and criminal issues. It is actually statistically easy tosh gier to get into coll enlist, not become an officer, but enlist in the army. Life of a soldiers no secret to them. Concerned. We are not recognizing anything that tells us this is anything other than isolated incident that occurred between the two homes. I cannot elaborate. Landscapeers heard gunshots yesterday. I heard a gunshot at 1 00 oclock. All i heard is one. Someone heard two. I only heard one. I was backandforth. Shots yesterday but it wasnt until this morning that they discovered there were two dead men in the mill valley neighborhood. They got a call last night from a family who came home and discovered their loved one in the backyard. He was 61. A detective realized there was a need to check the residence and the backyard of the house adjacent to this house and after a Security Check in the backyard found a second victim at that house.
