Rob Flack, Ontario's associate minister of housing, and Peterborough-Kawartha MPP Dave Smith announced $377,641 in funding for the two units at The Mount Community Centre.
A "generous donation" from the Remembering Otto and Marie Pick Charitable Foundation will see the completion of 11 more affordable apartments at The Mount Community Centre.
