Thank you. We have a lot to cover tonight. Tom arnold is going to join us, and thats a lot right there. He says hes been spending a lot of time with Michael Cohen here in new york city and says he plans to spend the weekend with Michael Cohen. If youve been following tom arnold on twitter, you know that no one is more antitrump than tom arnold. After dragging itself in there and just barfed sorry. Something that has come up in our coverage and im going to show the video you showed of the kids in the new york city facility. We blur their faces. Whats what we would do if we were in a new York City Public School room, for example, and didnt have the permission of the parents of everyone involved to show the childrens faces. But these are missing children. We used to have the faces of kids on milk cartons in this country because we were trying to reunite these missing children with their parents trying to find them. I dont know what the answer to this is, but im wondering whether we should be blurring those faces or whether we should be showing those faces so that perhaps the parent or the cousin of one of the parents of these people somewhere in the country sees one of these faces and is able to tell someone in the family, shes in new york city, i just saw her on tv. I dont know how we should handle this. It is a very difficult
Children out of the areas and around the countries. I came out this morning on airlines, thats basically the only two ways in this and out. We were looking on that plane for exactly that possibility. We didnt see any kids on that plane that looked like they werent related to and very much a part of the families that they appeared to be with on that plane. Actually, very few children at all. But what you were doing there on that plane is something that americans are doing all over the country as we start to learn through all sorts of different means about where they put these kids. This program to hide these kids all over the country. Its local media, whistle blowers, sources talking to Public Officials and narcing out where the Trump Administration is putting the children. Its all over the country, even in new york city. Theres no flight out of that area. If you fly out of brownsville, you have to stop in dallas, houston, change planes. So some of these kids who made it up to new york
Has not been reported yet but will be tomorrow. That is in the executive order, part of the component was telling the attorney general to rush into federal court in california to try to modify the flores case. They did that today. Peter schey, whos the lawyer on the other side of the case, representing all the kids in the class action suit, he told us last night that the Justice Department called and said they might do that today, turns out they did. And peter schey is going to be here to tell us what they filed and how he plans to respond to it. But i have the motion, lets see, i can squeeze it in. Right here. Very good. Hot off of our printer and still no reporting yet that the attorney general did take this action today. Peter schey is ready for it and hes going to explain it for us. Super important stuff. Im already taking notes. Thank you, lawrence. Thank you, rachel. On the president s first day of the new policy of not separating children from their parents at the southern borde

Im already taking notes. Thank you, lawrence. Thank you, rachel. On the president s first day of the new policy of not separating children from their parents at the southern border, chaos rained in the federal government where the various departments had no idea what to do next. One u. S. Attorneys office first announced it would dismiss some cases for parents who had been
