Bianca Belair, the winner of the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble, is already preparing to defend her signature braid in a Hair vs. Hair match down the road for WWE.
During a recent chat with Peter Rosenburg on ESPN’s Cheap Heat, Belair said although she has no intention to cut off her hair, she realizes that such a gimmick match is “inevitable” in the world of sports entertainment.
“People bring it up all the time and they ask do I ever think I’ll ever be a part of that,” said Belair [h/t/ POST Wrestling]. “I think it’s pretty much inevitable because I mean, so much of who I am is my braid. I mean, she even has a name.”
Multiple WWE 24/7 Title Changes Occur During Royal Rumble Event (Highlights) );
During Sunday night’s WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, we witnessed multiple WWE 24/7 Championship Title changes occur. We started off with R-Truth interrupting the Women’s Royal Rumble match as he ran away from multiple WWE Superstars. As he entered the ring, he was attacked by returning former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox, who would pin R-Truth to win the title. Shortly thereafter, Fox would be eliminated from the Royal Rumble match, allowing for R-Truth to roll her up for the pinfall to regain the title.
Later on in the show, R-Truth appeared at the WWE Kickoff Panel Booth, where he was tricked by WWE analyst Peter Rosenburg, allowing for Rosenburg to pin R-Truth to capture the title.
