Globe Business teams up with enterprise and SME partners to honor medical frontliners through food drive

This allowed us to not only show our appreciation to medical workers but also support local SMEs.”

DepEd students receive free connectivity solutions from Globe, APC

Globe Business Senior Vice President Peter Maquera said that in line with the company’s objective to contribute to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, “we make it a priority to assist schools in providing Filipino students with quality education.” Maquera added that partnering with APC in DepEd’s program allows Globe to “leverage our solutions to help public school students become business leaders and ICT professionals in the future.”

Delivered to select users via a newly built Edge Incubation Lab, Globe is moving data-intensive workloads such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning closer to customers for faster data processing and analysis. HPE is enabling this offering with a pre-integrated, telco-grade MEC solution capable of integrated management, service operation, and traffic control. The HPE MEC as-a-service solution is delivered through HPE GreenLake giving customers like Globe the ability to start small and have the flexibility to scale out to meet future requirements.
