A Surrey RCMP officer who abused his authority and access to police databases to conduct sexual relationships with two vulnerable women has been sentenced to 18 months of house arrest.
Cpl. Peter Leckie pleaded guilty on Oct. 30 to three counts of breach of trust for accessing confidential files unrelated to his policing duties, without authorization.
