Chipotle expected as part of MSA development

NORTH PROVIDENCE – A Chipotle restaurant is among the planned tenants at a new planned “village-like” commercial development at 1601 Mineral Spring Ave.
Michael Grieco Jr., owner of an old commercial plaza and surrounding lots that he’s looking to merge into one modern commercial plaza, received master plan approval from the Planning Board last week.

SOMERSWORTH Palmer Gas & Oil recently broke ground on a propane storage facility in the city, according to the Falls Chamber of Commerce.
Family-owned Palmer Gas & Oil, along with its subdivision Lamprey Energy, is a provider of commercial and residential fuel, service, sales and installation in the area.
“The supply infrastructure in New England is dated and can be taxed during extreme weather conditions,” said Peter Iacobucci, general manager of Palmer Gas & Oil. “Weather can prevent ships from docking in ports and create unforeseen rail interruptions. Adequate storage is essential to ensure we have plenty of product on hand for our customers during challenging supply times.”
