Each year, the Nevada State Firefighters’ Association recognizes a Nevada Fire Service organization that has demonstrated exceptional dedication.
"There were tenants throwing mattresses out and jumping," the apartment manager said. "Instantly, everything was on fire. The entire building was engulfed in 10 minutes."
