Transportation officials are hoping to find a vendor to design and install traffic counters at five different locations along the Highway 82 corridor to better gauge vehicular movement.
Knowing that something must be done in the future, the city of Aspen has applied to the Colorado Department of Transportation for $200 million for the entrance to Aspen.
