Increasingly desperate survivors are scavenging for food. Children begged for water from any passing vehicles. While a Massive International relief effort is under way, there is little evidence of it on the ground. Taclobans airport is open but badly damaged. No power means the planes cant land at night and aid workers are struggling to get supplies in. That didnt stop hundreds of survivors who rushed to the ruined airport looking for food.
