Streetlights in the Loma Portal neighborhood of Point Loma are certainly a flash point of conversation around the area, especially as Halloween arrives.
Neighbors say about six months ago the city started replacing old streetlights with more modern fixtures; however, they say they’ve been in the dark since.
The 65 heritage objects in question include a glass with a clay pedestal dating from the Mesoamerican Classic period and a ceramic bowl dating from 200CE
