(MENAFN - Newsroom Panama) Over 100 people who were participating in a wedding in an evangelical church in the Pedregal district were surprised by Health authorities on Thursday night outside of curfew hours.
Those responsible for the event - which according to officials did not comply with biosafety measures - were summoned to apply the appropriate sanctions, reported the Ministry of Health (Minsa).
Executive Decree No. 62 of January 13, 2021 says among other aspects, that it is prohibited in the national territory to carry out any activity that involves crowds in public, commercial places and of any kind in order to mitigate the spread of the Covid-19. Similarly, festive celebrations or meetings in boats, yachts or similar, complexes or residential towers are not allowed.
