1,470 Christians Killed in Nigeria Within Four Months 05/14/2021 Nigeria (International Christian Concern) – According to the rights group Intersociety Rule of Law, 1,470 Christians were murdered and over 2,200 were abducted by jihadists in the first four months of 2021. “The latest research investigation conducted by Intersociety took weeks and cut across all the troubling Christian areas of the country,” states the report, “The number of defenseless Christians killed in Nigeria from Jan to April 2021 [is] 1,470; out of which Jihadist Fulani Herdsmen accounted for the death of over 800.” The rights group included a 26-page reference in their report citing backup statistics which aided their findings, along with several other eye-witness testimonies and survivor stories.
