KUALA LUMPUR: Public Bank Bhd has increased its energy-efficient vehicle (EEV) lending target from RM25bil to RM33bil in 2025, according to managing director and chief executive officer Tan Sri Tay Ah Lek.

PETALING JAYA: National carmaker Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd (Perodua) is targeting to sell 240,000 vehicles this year.
This will be achieved on the back of sustained strong demand for its existing models and the extension of the government’s sales tax exemption.
The target represents a 9% year-on-year increase from the 220,163 units it sold in 2020.
