The rule of law, dealing with religious law, those debates can take place, but there is a need to understand a new term or terminology needs to be negotiated and used so you are not just restricted to religion. There is a danger because your putting religion in, and it is hard to argue the word of god. How do you equate that put the words secular and secular or fundamentalism are what are being rejected.
