Prime Minister Narendrea Modi is set to visit Gujarat on February 24 and 25 to launch several development projects worth over Rs 52,250 crore across various sectors, including health, road, rail, energy, petroleum and natural gas, and tourism. Modi will also lay the foundation stone for over 200 Health Care Infrastructure Projects worth more than Rs 11,500 crore across 23 States and UTs. During his visit, he will inaugurate five more All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Rajkot, Bathinda, Raebareli, Kalyani, and Mangalagiri.
The much-awaited permanent campus of the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Berhampur, at Laudigaon in Ganjam district will be opened on Tuesday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to dedicate the campus through video conferencing. The institute was established by the ministry of education in 2016 and the state govt provided 200.435 acres of land and some other infrastructure.
