An estimate show somewhere as many as 5 million young people between 16 and 24 in the United States are currently not enrolled in an Educational Program or participating in the workforce. I believe very strongly as governors we have a responsibility to do everything that we can to reach these youth and provide them with avenue avf opportunity to reconnect and engage them in continuing education and onramp the fizzling careers. A lot of cases there are many barriers to making that happen to these young people. Including economic mobility and providing them with the opportunity for their futures some of the barriers they are facing, homelessness, poor health outcome, violence in the criminal Justice System.
