The parents of a 10 year old boy are suing the city o the parents of a 10 year old boy are suing the city of dublin, california after that boy went flying off a water slide. You might remember this video. It shows the boy going over the side barrier and skidding across the wet pavement. He suffered numerous scrapes in the incident.
