Cameron Diaz and entrepreneur-author Katherine Power made a splash this summer when they announced the launch of Avaline, a brand of organically grown wines. They promised us that more vegan-friendly, minimal additive wines were on the way, and this holiday season they’ve delivered with a sparkler made by Spain’s Raventós i Blanc. When my partner Katherine and I decided to offer an Avaline sparkling wine for the holiday season, after tasting many wines, we found Raventós i Blanc to be the perfect sparkling for us both,” Diaz told Unfiltered via email. “Not only was it delicious, but their biodynamic farming and winemaking practices [are] in line with [our] standards.”
