that s a lousy number. neil: you talk about corrections in the markets, and these guys have crashed. bank of america, last i looked, $5.35 a share. that s penny stock land on wall street. pension funds can t own it at $5 a share. this is a big thing on wall street. these shares are getting crushed. neil: what are they worried about? what s the concern? well, if you have to exit certain businesses that dodd-frank calls for, you have to neil: dodd-frank is the big financial reform. yep. neil: a lot of these guys don t like, because it s onerous and named after chris dodd and barney franken. it forces them to leave certain businesses. by the way, supposed to reduce risk, but a lot of these businesses had nothing to do with the financial collapse in 2008, which the law was predicated on. all the investors are factoring that into the their stock
