Sinister trio of suspects A leading drama group that has been entertaining people in Windsor for more than 80 years has taken a massive and risky leap into the future - and it is paying off. Windsor Theatre Guildhas not been able to stage a show for over a year due to the Corona virus. The future looked bleak - until Guild member David Chapman, 50, of River Way, Windsor had a brainwave. Windsor Theatre Group plans a murder to cheer people up

David said: Audiences were clearly going to be starved of live entertainment for some time. Staging a murder mystery online seemed a good way of helping cheer people up during a horrible situation. It is going to be quite a technical challenge and I am going in on a wing and a prayer. There will be audience participation with people invited to interact with each other on a chatline, form teams and dress up - with prizes for the best costume and best team name. It took David four weeks to write Murder at Tyttefield Manor - a saucy carry on of a tale about the sinister events at the home of Lord and Lady Tytteshire.
