PLYMOUTH — Judges, nurses, accountants … they’ve all heeded the call of volunteerism to keep Montgomery County residents safe. Among the 39 graduates of Class 2002 from Montgomery County Fire Academy who celebrated the completion of the Pennsylvania Entry Level Firefighter Training program with a virtual graduation ceremony on Dec. 8 was Magisterial District Judge Gregory Scott of the Fairmount Fire Company. “Gregory is just one of a handful of new members that we’ve recently gotten into the fire department, said Norristown Fire Chief Tom O Donnell.
