Natasha Police Say Witnesses watched this entire scene unfold around 1 45 p. M. This afternoon. We have a map to show where you this happened. It happened about 50 miles north of philadelphia in the city of allentown. It happened along the hamilton street bridge in that city which lies above the lehigh river. Police say the child fell 52 feet into just 4 feet of water. A section of the river police say is filled with rocks. The mother had walk about halfway across the bridge when it happened.
