Frontant boulevard. It was just before 12 30, one car on front street, the other on the boulevard. The 54yearold woman driving her car on the boulevard hit the other car here which had three teenagers inside. The 18yearold driver, hes at einstein with minor injuries but his 19yearold brother and a 17yearold friend were killed after the car spun around and hit a light pole. Both drivers were conscious and talking. Accident investigators will be speaking with them to get more informati information, including who had the green light. The area is back open to traffic. But this is one of the intersections at front and the boulevard that does not have a red light camera. Police tell us they will be looking for other video in the area to see if they can find any more evidence or anything else, any other information that might be able to help them with this investigation. That construction cleared out of the way. This is right around Spring Garden street. Maybe within 30 seconds ago or so. The Police Activity and lane restrictions moved out of the way. All traffic is okay, eastbound and westbound on the schuylkill. Were watching for the clearing of more construction. This one is in norristown between elm street and marshall street. Were waiting for the clearing of that as well. The vine street expressway construction typically clears around the 5 00 hour as well. Right now were still watching some crew in the area to just be aware of that. By the time you get out the door, especially if youre watching this right now, you should be fine. It was closed

Reporter good morning. An investigation is underway. No one from the school would come out and talk with us in person. We know the student died foll following an altercation. Just after 9 00 last night employees claimed they were trying to restrain the boy. We are still waiting official details from police. No confirmed cause of death but we are told the boy lives here and he was unresponsive from the fourth floor. It is a private school for children who have academic challenges. We just received a statement that reads although we are shocked and saddened by this event it is an Ongoing Investigation and we are unable to comment further at this time. Two teens are dead after a crash along roosevelt boulevard. The teens ran a red light before that crash. It happened just before 12 30 this morning
Philadelphia. My drivers test is coming up on october 25th and im not going to take it. All right and more details about proposed changes in the wake of deadly crashes on roosevelt boulevard. This latest crash comes more than three years after an accident claimed samarra banks and one of her three sons. Earlier this year, a local lawmaker called for cameras to catch speeding drivers along roosevelt boulevard. Those cameras would log speed and then automatically send the ticket to drivers who went at least 11 miles an hour above the speed limit.
